Adeptmind Privacy Policy


Adeptmind (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a service that gives retailers a way to product discovery capabilities on their sites by collecting data for their products and allowing them to present relevant collections of products to their users. This Privacy Policy explains what information will be collected by Adeptmind when you interact with us, including when you access our website (“Website") or when Adeptmind adds advanced functionality to other websites, including through the websites of our customers (the “Services), how the information will be used, and how you may exercise your rights regarding your personal information. Adeptmind does not gather data via non-digital methods. Please note that this Privacy Policy does not cover Adeptmind’s data collection practices for Adeptmind’s employees, independent contractors and job applicants.   1. Information We Collect

    We use different methods to collect your information, including through:

    Direct interactions with you when you provide it to us, for example, by filling in forms or corresponding with us by phone, email, or otherwise. If you use certain features on the Website, such as the “Request Demo” feature, you will be required to provide personal information. Such information could include, for example, your name, email address, company name, job title, or phone number.

    Automated technologies or interactions, as you navigate through our Website. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies.

    Information Related to Data Collected for our Customers: Adeptmind processes personal information under the direction of its customers who use our Services and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information it may process. If you are a visitor to our customer’s websites and would no longer like your personal information to be processed by one of our customers that uses our service, seeks access or you seek to correct, amend, delete inaccurate data or exercise any other of your rights, please contact the customer that you interact with directly. We do not retain any personal information we process on behalf of our customers.

      We also use Pixels on our Website. Pixel tracking is a cookie-based process that enables thirdparties to collect information, such as website interactions and browser events, from websites. We use Youtube Pixel to collect data that helps us track video views on our Website.   5. Do Not Track

    Our Website does not currently take any action when it receives a Do Not Track request. Do Not Track is a privacy preference that you can set in your web browser to indicate that you do not want certain information about your webpage visits collected across websites when you have not interacted with that service on the page.     Under certain circumstances and subject to applicable data protection laws, you may also be entitled to request additional information regarding our data governance practices, including details regarding what information is collected about you, the categories of persons who have access to your information, and how long your information will be retained for. You may also be entitled to request that we cease communicating your information, or de-index any hyperlink attached your name that provides access to your personal information by a technological means.


  11. Nevada Residents

    Under Nevada law, Adeptmind does not sell your personal information. However, if you are a Nevada resident, you may submit a request that we not sell any personal information we have collected about you by contacting us at security@adeptmind.ai.

If we determine that we will not delete your personal information when you request us to do so, we will inform you and tell you why we are not deleting it.

    You have the right to direct a business that shares personal information about you to third parties not to share your personal information. We do not share your personal information for monetary consideration. However, we do use cookies for website analytics purposes. The collection of data through certain cookies for our website analytics and targeting advertising purposes may be considered a “sale” and is considered “sharing” under the CPRA.     Right to Correct Inaccurate Personal Information

    You have the right to request a business that maintains inaccurate personal information about you to correct that inaccurate personal information, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes of the processing of the personal information.

Adeptmind does collect any sensitive personal information.

    You have the right not to be discriminated against because you exercised any of your aforementioned rights.


    How to Submit a Request

    To exercise the rights described above, you must submit a verifiable request to us. You can do so by calling us at 1-800-674-7701 or by writing a mail to us at security@adeptmind.ai .

    To submit a verifiable request, you will be asked to provide certain information to help us verify your identity. The information we ask you to provide to initiate a request may differ depending upon the type of request, the type, sensitivity and value of the personal information that is the subject of the request, and the risk of harm to you that may occur as a result of unauthorized access or deletion, among other factors.

    You may make a verifiable request on behalf of your minor child. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf by providing the agent with signed written permission to do so.

    If we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request, we will not be able to comply with your request. We will inform you if we cannot verify your identity or authority. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.


    How We Collect, Use, Disclose, Share and Retain Personal Information

    Adeptmind has collected the following categories of personal information and used, disclosed, shared or retained such information in the twelve (12) months prior to the effective date of this California Supplement:

    • Identifiers, such as name, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address or other similar identifiers.
    • Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)), such as name, employment.

    Adeptmind does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 16 is allowed to access or use the Service or to provide any personal information to Adeptmind. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
